About the role: As Senior Test Engineer you will be the key in ensuring the quality and compliance of our software solutions with regulations, functional and non-functional user requirements, and strategic business goals. This role involves designing, coding, and executing various levels of testing, including ad-hoc, manual, and automated frameworks, while driving continuous improvement across projects. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Senior Test Engineer will contribute directly to software development and release, maintaining technical excellence and aligning with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project requirements, technical constraints, and strategic objectives. Design and execute tests to evaluate software against functional, non-functional, and user requirements. Partner with distributed teams and product managers to improve overall software quality. Extend automation testing frameworks and utilise development and operations toolsets effectively. Participate in Agile Scrum/DSDM activities, conduct various code and environment tests, manage pre-release documentation, and archive tested executables.
