A bit about the role Working within our Help to Buy Transformation and Re-procurement Programme, the Programme Lead - Service and Risk Transformation will play a critical leadership role in delivering the multiyear transformation of the equity loans service. You will join a highly skilled, collaborative team committed to reshaping a complex national service in a way that strengthens data integrity, reduces risk, improves customer experience, and ensures long-term service portability, protecting public funds and value for money.
