We''re looking for an experienced Property Manager to manage a diverse residential portfolio and build strong relationships with clients, tenants and contractors.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing residential properties, tenancies and compliance

• Conducting inspections and overseeing repairs and contractors

• Managing rent reviews, budgets, arrears and financial reporting

• Advising clients on property strategy, legislation and market opportunities

• Supporting business development and portfolio growth

• Mentoring and supporting junior team members

You''ll have strong residential property management experience, excellent client and communication skills, and a commercial approach to estate management.

A professional qualification such as ARLA, AssocRICS or MRICS is desirable.
