We’re currently looking for a Print Category Manager to join our Supply Chain team. In this strategic role, you will lead category management and sourcing strategies for printed materials across the EMEA region, helping our clients gain maximum value while delivering against business goals.
You’ll work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure a robust sourcing strategy, while also supporting business development, procurement best practices, and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead category sourcing strategies for printed materials
Manage sourcing plans and ensure their successful execution
Provide category expertise to account management and business development teams
Build strong, collaborative relationships with strategic suppliers and internal stakeholders
Support contract negotiations for complex sourcing needs
Identify and implement demand-optimisation and standardisation opportunities
Ensure compliance with ethical and procurement standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximise savings and value
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Minimum 5 years'' strategic sourcing experience, ideally within print or marketing services
Proven track record in category management and sourcing across EMEA
Strong negotiation and supplier relationship skills
Experience using sourcing tools and managing category plans
A collaborative, solution-focused approach and a drive to deliver results
Fluency in English (other languages a plus)
Degree in business, supply chain, or engineering preferred
