Our team is dedicated to maintaining and improving the overall independence of the people we support through rehabilitation, stimulation, and social integration.Role Responsibilities: As a Nurse at Cwm Gwendraeth , you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of the people we support. Your responsibilities will include:Assessing Care Needs: Evaluate each resident''s physical, psychological, and social needs and create individualized care plans, ensuring the involvement of the resident, their family, and the multidisciplinary team.Providing High-Quality Care: Deliver day-to-day care that promotes dignity, independence, and well-being, helping residents to live their best lives.Leading a Multidisciplinary Team: Supervise and support the care team, guiding and mentoring staff. You will lead shifts, organize and coordinate staff duties, and assist with staff training and development.Monitoring and Reporting: Continually assess care needs and evaluate the care provided. Ensure care plans and records are up-to-date and accurate, striving for the highest standards in everything you do.Promoting Independence and Well-being: Work with residents to support rehabilitation, stimulation, and social integration, with the goal of maintaining or improving independence and enhancing the quality of life.Ensuring a Safe Environment: Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for both residents and staff, adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.Supporting Staff Development: Orient new staff, provide regular supervision, and support career progression through training and personal development opportunities.We’d like to invite you to join our amazing team of professionals, we are looking for Full time, Part time and Bank Registered Nurses. Continually seek to improve the care delivered.Give a clear communication of the ageing process and how it affects each person’s health and lifestyle.
