Duties and Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical building services Fault find and repair lighting, power, emergency lighting, and electrical distribution systems Conduct routine plant room inspections and ensure all equipment is operating efficiently Complete statutory testing and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Liaise directly with the client, providing updates and maintaining strong working relationships Coordinate and oversee specialist subcontractors when required Complete maintenance reports and update CAFM systems accurately Identify opportunities for remedial works and continuous improvements Candidate Requirements Fully qualified Electrician (City and Guilds, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent) Proven experience within commercial building maintenance Strong electrical fault-finding and ..... full job details .....
