I am looking for German speaking Customer Support candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the Tech/Customer Support position. The right candidate will support troubleshoot technical issues, provide timely customer feedback, and support the roll-out of new applications, among other duties. The Customer Service Representative role will consist in attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
