As a Domestic Construction Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of low-carbon retrofit and energy efficiency solutions to domestic buildings, playing a crucial role in my client''s mission to enhance sustainable living.Day-to-day of the role:Manage the delivery of domestic construction and retrofit projects, ensuring compliance with PAS 2035.Coordinate between Retrofit Coordinators, Designers, and PAS 2030-certified installers from post-assessment and design coordination through installation and final handover.Oversee the construction and installation phases of retrofit projects, managing project programme, quality assurance, and resident liaison.Ensure all projects are delivered safely, compliantly, and to a high standard, maintaining audit and compliance readiness.Handle snagging, defects, and post-installation issues while ensuring Health and Safety compliance across domestic sites.Prepare detailed project progress, quality, and compliance reports.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience delivering domestic retrofit or energy efficiency projects.Strong working knowledge of PAS 2035 and experience ..... full job details .....
