As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcer to join our passionate team.Role Overview:As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our consultants by sourcing top-tier candidates across a wide range of hospitality roles — from chefs and front-of-house professionals to operations managers and more.Key Responsibilities:Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, and internal databasesScreen CVs and conduct initial telephone interviewsBuild and maintain strong talent pipelinesPost job adverts and manage responsesArrange interviews and support candidates throughout the recruitment processMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate recordsSupport consultants with administrative and coordination tasksWhat We’re Looking For:Previous experience in recruitment or within the hospitality industry (preferred but not essential)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsOrganised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple prioritiesProactive, energetic, and a real team playerStrong IT skills, particularly in MS Office and CRM systemsWhat We Offer:Competitive base salary + commissionTraining and career development opportunitiesA supportive, inclusive, and fun working environmentRegular team incentives and social eventsOpportunity to make a real impact in a growing companyInterested?If you’re passionate about hospitality and have a flair for people, we’d love to hear from you.
