Key Requirements Strong hands-on experience supporting AV environments Solid knowledge of Logitech Teams Rooms/Logi room setups Experience providing VIP/executive-level support with excellent communication and professionalism Strong working knowledge of Crestron systems and troubleshooting Ability to diagnose and resolve AV issues quickly under pressure Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of incidents and escalations Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support for meeting rooms and AV infrastructure Manage and troubleshoot Teams Rooms, conferencing, and collaboration technology Deliver white-glove AV support for VIP users and senior stakeholders Maintain, configure, and support Crestron control systems Ensure meeting spaces remain fully operational and ready for business-critical events Respond rapidly to incidents and minimise downtime ..... full job details .....
