This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering excellent service, enjoys building strong customer relationships and can confidently resolve queries while identifying opportunities to support sales and business growth.What you''ll be doing Managing inbound and outbound customer calls.Responding to customer queries relating to orders, deliveries, proof of delivery, returns and back orders.Logging calls, emails, actions and customer information accurately within the CRM system.Recording and resolving customer complaints professionally and efficiently.Proactively managing customer accounts and providing regular updates.Processing order documentation and customer amendments.Reviewing customer data and order information to provide clear, meaningful updates.Liaising with Purchasing, Logistics and other internal teams to resolve queries.Using internal systems and carrier websites to investigate delivery issues.Identifying opportunities to maximise sales and revenue while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
