We are currently recruiting for a professional and personable Corporate Receptionist to join a busy front-of-house team. This is a highly customer-focused role where you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and colleagues, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience at all times.

This position is predominantly front-of-house and would suit someone who enjoys interacting with people, takes pride in their presentation, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meeting and greeting visitors, clients and contractors in a professional and friendly manner
• Providing an exceptional front-of-house experience at all times
• Managing visitor sign-in procedures and issuing access passes where required
• Answering and directing incoming calls and enquiries
• Liaising with visitors, occupiers and internal teams
• Monitoring meeting room bookings and shared areas
• Handling deliveries, couriers and incoming post
• Maintaining a clean, organised and professional reception area
• Supporting site security and health & safety procedures

About You:

• Previous Reception, Front of House, Concierge or Customer Service experience
• Professional and articulate
• Confident communicating with people at all levels
• Able to remain calm, organised and courteous in a busy environment
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual and proactive
• Comfortable working within a professional environment with high standards
