Chef de Partie Fine Dining Restaurant Location: Hertfordshire Salary: £35,000 per annum + Tronc up to £5k per year. Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Live-In Accommodation Available Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious Chef de Partie to join the brigade of an award-winning fine dining restaurant situated within a prestigious country estate in Hertfordshire. This position is exclusively based within the estate''s flagship fine dining restaurant, which focuses on exceptional seasonal ingredients, creative menus, and refined à la carte dining. Working within a close-knit team of just five chefs, you will play a key role in delivering consistently high standards while continuing to develop your culinary skills. This role would suit a Chef de Partie looking to progress their career within a quality-driven kitchen environment. Candidates should possess a strong background in fresh food operations and demonstrate a genuine passion for seasonal, ingredient-led cooking. The Role The restaurant offers an inventive and evolving menu built around the finest seasonal produce. You will be involved in all aspects of food preparation and service, working closely with an experienced Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef to maintain exceptional standards throughout service. Hours are predominantly afternoon and evening based, with most shifts starting in the early afternoon and finishing around 10:00pm.
