Supply Desk is actively recruiting Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to start immediately across a range of welcoming primary schools in Uckfield and nearby areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are dedicated to helping children overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential.

Your Role Will Include:

• Providing one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEN
• Assisting teachers in delivering tailored learning activities
• Helping pupils engage with the curriculum and develop key skills
• Creating a safe, inclusive and encouraging learning environment
• Supporting emotional and social development
• Working collaboratively with teaching staff and SENCOs

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• A genuine passion for supporting children with SEN
• Patience, empathy and a positive attitude
• Previous experience in a classroom or SEN setting is desirable
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A flexible and proactive approach to supporting learning
