This is an urgent requirement and offers the opportunity to work within a professional facilities and estates environment. Hours:Monday to Friday7:30am - 3:30pm40 hours per weekPay Rate: 15.86 per hourEquivalent annual salary of 33,001Weekly pay via ManpowerAbout the RoleThis is a hands-on maintenance position supporting the day-to-day upkeep, repair and compliance of a large and busy estate. The successful candidate will carry out a mix of planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs and general maintenance duties. This role would suit someone with previous building maintenance experience who is practical, reliable, customer-focused and comfortable working in a varied environment where no two days are the same. Please note: This is not purely a facilities inspection role.
