An excellent opportunity to join the leadership team at a highly successful software development company.Client DetailsMy client is an innovative software development business who are searching for a Head of Implementation to join their leadership team.As Head of Implementation, you will take full ownership of the implementation function, leading and mentoring a team of three consultants to ensure seamless, successful implementation for our clients.This is a permanent role, with hybrid working based out of Birmingham.DescriptionOwn the full implementation life cycle, from kick-off through go-live and early adoption.Lead, coach, and scale a team of Implementation Consultants.Develop and continuously improve implementation processes, tools, and playbooks to drive efficiency and consistency.Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer journey.Act as the senior escalation point for complex implementations or issues.Analyse data and feedback to optimise time-to-value and customer outcomes.Help define and track KPIs around implementation success, team utilisation, and client satisfaction.ProfileProven experience in implementation, onboarding, or professional services-ideally in a SaaS environment.Strong leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams.Experience implementing software for clients at a SaaS or software development company.Excellent project management and communication skills.Passion for process ..... full job details .....
