Conduct necessary research to establish ideal recruitment solutionsManage the full 360 cycleAdvertising on various job boardsBuild relationships with leading construction, civil and concrete companiesApproach new and existing clients regarding live vacancies (Business Development)Ability to manage multiple clientsOffer strategic solutions (sourcing candidates)Present findings to clients in concise and clear manner and identify opportunities for improved processesClient visitsOpportunity for career growthSupportive team environmentExperience team with over 50 years in recruitment and sub contractingQualifications

Degree level, A level or GCSEsMust have
