Complete pre-entry induction visits for properties within the programme. Identify potential safeguarding concerns and report them appropriately. Keep residents informed about the programme of works concerning their homes. Track and maintain records of customer feedback and complaints for consistent service improvement. You To be successful in the role of Resident Liaison Officer, you ll bring: Previous experience in a liaison officer role or similar within a social housing environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with proficient IT skills. Strong administration skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
