Pay: andpound;90 - andpound;130 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Hours: 8:00am - 3:30pm

Contract Type: Full-time, long-term with potential for a permanent position

About the Role

Supply Desk is working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school in Portsmouth to recruit a full-time Cover Supervisor starting September 2025. This is a long-term position with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects including Maths, History, and Geography, primarily for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students. Your main role will be to manage the classroom, maintain behaviour standards, and ensure students remain engaged and on task.

This role is ideal for anyone considering a future in teaching or for those with prior experience working with secondary-aged pupils.

Candidate Requirements

  Hold a degree or equivalent qualification
