Manage lease and tenancy schedulesLead rent reviews, lease renewals, and regears to maximise asset valueLiaise with agents, surveyors, solicitors, contractors, and auctioneersConduct property inspections and manage maintenance and refurbishmentsIdentify and assess new commercial property acquisitionsHandle tenant matters including assignments, licenses, and lease queriesCollaborate with accounts on service charge budgets, rent raising, and reconciliationsOversee insurance, health and safety, and compliance mattersReview investment performance and support asset repositioning strategiesMaintain property databases and prepare detailed client reportsCandidate Profile
