Are you a Rail Quantity Surveyor with experience working on MandE projects? Do you have experience of working on fixed price NEC contracts up to the value of £500k? Location: South West London + hybrid working Salary: £55,000 to £75,000 per annum DOE + £6000 car allowance and bonus scheme Due to growth, my client is looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to their team to work on MandE rail projects, valued between £150k to £500k, for clients including Network Rail, TFL and Train Operating companies. It is important that you have experience in managing both subcontractors and clients, preferably on a framework or smaller value schemes.
