We are recruiting an experienced and creative Head of Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator to join a luxury, family-run 35-bed residential and dementia care home set within three acres of beautiful Surrey countryside.This elegant 1920s country house provides long-term residential and specialist dementia care for people aged 65 and above. In addition to permanent care, the service also offers respite, convalescent and day care, making it a well-regarded and trusted part of the local community.Occupying an elevated position, the home enjoys remarkable countryside views while remaining conveniently located just two miles from Guildford town centre, allowing residents to stay connected with community life.The original building has been thoughtfully converted, retaining charming period features. Bedrooms are light, airy and en-suite, overlooking landscaped gardens and surrounding countryside. Residents are encouraged to personalise their rooms, supporting a genuine home-from-home environment.As the Head of Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday), you will lead the planning and delivery of a vibrant, engaging and person-centred activities programme.
