In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering high-quality eye care and enhancing patient service through comprehensive eye examinations and the treatment of minor eye conditions. You will work closely with an Optical Manager, collaborating to maintain high departmental standards, coach and train team members, and ensure the seamless delivery of all services. Key Responsibilities: Conduct a range of eye examinations, including contact lens and extended service examinations. Provide clinical care and treatment for minor eye conditions, ensuring the highest standards of care. Play an active role in coaching and developing new patient services, shaping the overall culture and standards of the department.
