Key Responsibilities: Transport workers from local areas to the construction site. This is a 24/7 project, so we have shifts starting from as early as 3am through to night shifts. Receive ongoing support and training from our expert Driver Trainers. Pay and Benefits: Qualified Drivers: £16.03hr increasing to £17.07 after 12 months service. Trainee Drivers: £14.55/hr during 8-9 week training period rising to £16.03 upon completion, then increasing to £17.07 after 12 months service. 10% night shift premium (hrs), plus 25% overtime/weekend premium. 5% contributory pension (matched).
