Finance Business Partner London (Hybrid) £55,000 per annum Full-time Permanent Charity A leading UK charity is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to provide dedicated financial support to its Fundraising function. This is a broad business partnering role combining management accounting, forecasting, financial modelling and stakeholder management. You''ll work closely with fundraising teams to provide meaningful financial insight, helping non-finance colleagues understand performance and make informed decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience partnering Fundraising and/or Marketing and Communications teams who enjoys combining strong financial analysis with relationship-led business partnering. Key responsibilities include: Manage the monthly management accounts process, including month-end reporting and commentary. Partner closely with Fundraising teams, providing financial advice, insight and constructive challenge. Lead regular forecasting and support wider business planning. Analyse financial performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities. Develop trend analysis to strengthen forecasting and decision-making. Build, develop and maintainfinancial models to support planning and strategic decisions. Translate complex financial information into clear, accessible insight for non-finance stakeholders.
