This client is looking for a Site Engineer to join the team for a large earthworks project. This project has 10 years of work and is a unique project for the UK. The client is looking for a candidate who is eager to keep to progress throughout the project cycle.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Setting out works in accordance with drawings, specifications, and project requirements Establishing and maintaining accurate control points and site surveys Overseeing earthworks operations including cut and fill, bulk excavation, capping layers and formation levels Monitoring levels, tolerances and volumes to ensure compliance with design and specification Managing machine control data and GPS systems where applicable Interpreting technical drawings and resolving on-site engineering queries Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme and quality standards Recording and maintaining accurate site records, as built information, and QA documentation Coordinating with subcontractors, plant operators and supervisors Supporting material testing and liaising with ..... full job details .....
