We are working with an established manufacturing business and they are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join the business ASAPThis is an office-based role - Monday to Friday (flexible working times).Reporting into the HR Director and providing support to c100 employees, the focus of the role is to assist with the delivery of a full range of Human Resources services. This will include supporting with employee relations, promoting best practices in HR management, recruitment, LandD and all areas of operational generalist HR. Key duties will include; Reporting into the HR Director and acting as the main point of contact for all areas of HR for the site in a stand-alone capacity.Providing HR support to c100 employees 70% blue collar and 30% white collarSupport with ER cases, including sickness, lateness, capability, disciplinary, grievances and investigationsProviding HR advisory, guidance and coaching to managers on HR matters, and ensuring that they are dealt with effectivelyBe the point of contact for HR queries, and provide advice and support to line managers on a wide range of people mattersEnsure that HR policies, policies and HR best practice are adhered to across the businessRecruitment and Onboarding, which will include overseeing the hiring processes, job adverts, interviews, and onboarding proceduresProvide HR advice in relation to policy, best practice and process for employee relation matters, performance management, and disciplinary and grievance matters.Produce ..... full job details .....
