to lead a 9 bedroom supported living service for adults with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and mental health. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals and work in a supportive environment. If you have experience in care management, a person-centred approach, and a passion for improving lives, we want to hear from you.Role OverviewAs Registered Manager, you will:Ensure high standards of care, support, and compliance.Lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals.Oversee the operational and financial efficiency of the service.Key Skills and ExperienceProven leadership experience in social care.Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or willing to achieve).Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and experience with learning disabilities, mental health, or ABI.Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.Knowledge of therapeutic care models.Driving licence (travel between locations is required).What We OfferCompetitive salary up to £37,500 per annum.25 days annual leave + bank holidays.Birthday off after one year of service.Enhanced sickness pay and additional holiday days with service.Apply NowReady to make a difference?
