We are working with a tier-one international firm looking for a Solicitor to join their Intellectual Property team based within their London office.The Role

The successful candidate will join an innovative and established team, working on a diverse range of challenging IP and technology-focused issues. The candidate’s duties will include advising on licensing, collaboration, digital transformation, and digital infrastructure matters within commercial transactions. The candidate will play a key role in advising a variety of both international and domestic clients, including life sciences businesses, financial institutions, and telecom operators. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to contribute to business development while managing client relationships.Responsibilities
