Business Development Manager Hybrid - once per week office presence - East of England Salary to £50K + Annual Company Bonus + Excellent BenefitsOur client, a customer centric, residential and BTL mortgage and savings provider, is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their Intermediary Sales team.The successful candidate will be a team player adept at relationship building and mortgage case management. In this fast paced, busy team you will provide telephone-based assistance with complex mortgage cases and also be responsible for developing and managing relationships with mortgage intermediaries across England and Wales either face to face or via Teams; increasing broker engagement, driving mortgage applications and supporting brokers with complex lending enquiries, criteria and product solutions.You will be expected to work out of the office once a week, potentially more initially for training. There will be a need for occasional overnight stays (6-8 per year for events/roadshows), but this is not a regular requirement.
