Multilingual Customer Service - Rugby

We''re hiring local candidates in Rugby for a long-term customer service role supporting European truck drivers.

You must:

• Speak English, French + Spanish or Italian (3 languages)
• Live locally - office-based for the first 8 weeks
• Pass a language test (fluency in English, French PLUS either Spanish or Italian is essential)

The Role:

• Take calls from drivers needing recovery in Europe
• Liaise with garages, book hotels, update CRM
• Shifts between 6am-midnight on a planned rota.
• Use phone, email, Excel
