Overview

As a Recruitment Partner at adidas, you will be responsible for leading the entire recruitment process and closely partnering with HR, Business and TA colleagues in order to identify, to qualify and attract the best talent for adidas. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, to offer stage. You will have a true passion for engaging with candidates and hiring teams and deliver an exceptional candidate experience and recruitment services. This role will be responsible for our North Europe Corporate hiring and will partner with the Commercial organisation. Outside of the operational recruitment you will lead and own TA related projects such as Employer Branding and DEI.Responsibilities

Minimum of 4-6 years'' in-house experience with international/global recruiting, leading local, international and global recruitment mandates for all level candidates through a broad range of sourcing channels (including proactive outreach).Track record of driving end-to-end, holistic recruitment mandates (including sourcing, assessing and hiring talent in volume roles) and global recruiting initiatives (i.e. proactive recruiting, internal recruiting, diversity, etc) to achieve hiring goals.Experienced in offer negotiation, awareness of local legislation and employment market/compensation trends.Above all, it is important that you are a team player with a curious mindset and a passion for what you do!About adidas and culture

You will be joining our Stockport Head office, home to 18 showrooms, our Conference Centre, staff Wellness Hub, a state-of-the-art gym with Peloton bikes and gym equipment, an indoor Astroturf Pitch, Padel Court, chat boxes and creative spaces. Our Stockport team consists of over 350 adidas employees, working across Brand Marketing, Commercial, HR, Finance, Business Development and many more functions. We operate a flexible hybrid model with 3 fixed days in the office and the flexibility for you to choose where you work from home on the other 2 days.
