In the run-up to launch, well be hosting a series of chef nights, soft launch evenings, and menu/content prep days in July and August

7:30am12:00pm12:00pm5:30pmEvening shifts for tapas service (ThursdaySaturday)The Role:Were looking for a reliable, passionate, and confident Chef / Cook to join the team. Youll work closely with the owners to develop and deliver a fresh daytime menu
including light breakfasts, brunch dishes, seasonal salads, sandwiches, and grain bowls
and help transition into a tapas-style offering in the evening.Were happy to work with you to design and create an exciting new menu that reflects your creativity and passion, while fitting the overall vibe of The Glass Lounge.This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys input into menus, working independently, and helping launch something special.We''re looking for someone who:
Is qualified to work in a professional kitchen (additional in-house training and support provided)Is confident with prep and service in both solo and small team settings.Can design and deliver fresh, simple, high-quality dishes.Works cleanly, efficiently, and calmly under pressure.Keeps on top of back stock, waste, and kitchen organisation.Follows food safety procedures and maintains hygiene standardsEnjoys working collaboratively with FOH and owners.Has a proactive attitude and enjoys getting involved in early-stage planning (Bonus!)Enjoys getting involved in content creation or soft launch eventsDetails:
