Job Title:Client Support Administrator (Pensions) Location: Glasgow (2x days on-site per week) Salary/Rate: £250-270 inside IR35 Start Date: 23/02/2026 Job Type: Initial 2 month contract (scope to extend; minimum period in team is 3months +)Company Introduction We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients! They are currently looking for a skilled Client Support Administrator with experience in the Pensions sector to join their team in Glasgow on a hybrid basis.Job Responsibilities/Objectives The Client Support Administrator must have experience in IFA andamp; Pension Platform Administration, SIPP Support, or general Client Support. The successful candidate will provide high-quality support to clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations across pension and investment platforms.- Act as the first point of contact for client queries via phone, email, or internal systems- Provide administration support across IFA andamp; pension platforms, including SIPP processing- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with compliance requirements- Assist with onboarding new clients and accounts- Support internal teams to resolve platform-related issues- Escalate complex issues to senior team members where appropriate- Contribute to process improvements and maintain high standards of client serviceRequired Skills/Experience The ideal candidate will have the following: - 1-5 years in one or more of the following: o IFA ..... full job details .....
