Duties:

• Carry out vehicle repairs to the highest standards, ensuring all work meets safety and environmental regulations
• Diagnose faults accurately and efficiently using advanced diagnostic equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and servicing tasks as a Vehicle Technician
• Provide clear communication with customers regarding repairs and required work
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet targets and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate documentation of all work carried out as a Vehicle Technician

Requirements:

• Fully qualified Automotive Technician with Level 3 NVQ or equivalent
• Proven experience working as a Vehicle Technician within a dealership environment is desirable
• Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
• Ability to work independently and within a team setting
• MOT Licence is advantageous but not essential
• A genuine passion for vehicles and the automotive industry
