This role is full time, working 3 days in our Waterloo Office and 2 days working from home.What you''ll be doing
Leading and managing a team of business system engineers, system trainers and system data expertsOverseeing the digital transformation rollout of new business systems
Completing the delivery of a new rostering system (Allocate)HRIS platform (iTrent) development and optimisationEvaluating other long term system replacements
Enhancing and optimising key systems to maximise business benefits and efficiencyManaging service delivery provision for tickets related to business systemsDriving project delivery across multiple sites, ensuring consistency and high-quality outcomesManaging vendor relationships and ensuring systems remain fully supportedWhat you''ll have
Proven experience in leading business system implementations in a multi-site environmentAbility to work closely with non technical stakeholders to define and refine system requirementsMethodical, task-oriented, and highly organised, with a track record of delivering IT projects successfully on time and on budgetStrong background in rostering solutions, HR systems and complex business applications (iTrent, Allocate, Carenotes and Nourish) would be advantageousAble to work effectively at pace while managing multiple workstreamsPrevious healthcare sector experience preferred but not essentialExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsITIL trained preferred but not essentialWe also want to ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable facilities to participate in job applications or interviews to perform essential job functions.
