Your new roleProject Manager required to oversee projects across the East of England looking after a portfolio of accommodation refurbishment schemes.This is a hands-on project leadership role, responsible for the planning, coordination and successful delivery of works from inception through to handover. The position involves managing multiple accommodation refurbishment projects across a portfolio of sites, overseeing programming, stakeholder management, commercial performance and project delivery. Working across several live and occupied environments, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards while maintaining excellent client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Lead the day-to-day management of multiple projects from mobilisation through to completion. Ensure projects are delivered safely, compliantly and in line with agreed programmes and budgets. Coordinate clients, subcontractors, consultants and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Manage project risks, change control processes and commercial performance.
