Key Responsibilities: Deliver nursing care in a residential care setting Monitor and record patient conditions Administer medications safely Maintain accurate care records Collaborate with care team to provide person-centered care Uphold safeguarding and infection control standards Requirements / Candidate Profile: Registered Nurse with NMC registration.
