As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Business Support Administrator to join our division in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to: Invoicing reactive works upon completion according to customer specifications Account management of assigned key accounts Monitoring progress of works Reporting to service teams and Lead Business Administrator Closing and invoicing tasks Liaising with subcontractors, client, engineers and contracts Involvement in client progress meetings Administrative management of client portals Processing engineer time claims Responding to internal and external email and telephone enquiries ..... full job details .....
