Private Client SolicitorAnnual Salary: DOELocation: Southeast LondonJob Type: HybridWe are seeking an experienced and personable Private Client Solicitor with 4+ years PQE to join the established Wills and Probate team of a local law firm. This role offers the opportunity to handle a varied caseload and contribute to the growth of our highly reputable firm, which has strong ties to the local community and a steady flow of quality work.Day-to-day of the role:Managing a broad caseload including Wills (simple and complex), Probate and estate administration and Lasting Powers of Attorney.Drafting a full range of private client documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.Providing empathetic, attentive, and pragmatic advice to clients.Building and maintaining long-term client relationships.Supporting business development activities, including networking, seminars, and community partnerships.Contributing to the growth of the department through cross-referrals and relationship management with referrers.Ensuring all work complies with SRA regulations, AML checks, and internal risk management protocols.Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice.Required Skills and Qualifications:4+ years PQE within a reputable Private Client department.Strong experience in Wills, Probate and LPAs.STEP qualification or working towards STEP (highly desirable).Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.High level of empathy and ..... full job details .....
