They are now seeking a Compliance Surveyor to join their Building Compliance Team, with flexible working arrangements and office bases in Leicestershire or Derbyshire.Your new role As a Compliance Surveyor, you will play a key role in ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance across the "big five" areas: asbestos, gas, electric, radon, and legionella. You''ll manage and support compliance programmes, including annual gas servicing, five-yearly electrical testing, PAT testing, and TMV servicing. You will carry out surveys, oversee legionella programme management, and work closely with the stock condition team to maintain accurate asset data.You''ll also be responsible for:Conducting property inspections, including stock condition surveys, HHSRS assessments, and post-works inspections (e.g. passive fire safety).Supporting planned and capital investment works, including specification writing and contract preparation.Managing contractors and consultants, ensuring quality, compliance, and value for money.Maintaining and updating the MRI compliance dashboard and asset management systems.Producing reports, KPIs, and ensuring data accuracy across ..... full job details .....
