Key ResponsibilitiesDesktop and application support (Windows 10/11).Troubleshooting hardware, printers, mobiles/tablets, and basic networking.ERP support - SAP or other ERP experience an advantage.Supporting and contributing to wider IT projects.Ensuring high standards of attention to detail in a regulated environment.What They''re Looking For

1-2 years\'' experience in a 1st/2nd line hybrid or 2nd line support role.Strong Windows desktop/application support skills.Professional, approachable, and detail-focused attitude.ERP/SAP knowledge, manufacturing sector experience, or Intune exposure -
