What You’ll Be Doing

As Contracts Manager, you’ll be the linchpin between clients, site teams, and commercial stakeholders. You’ll oversee the full lifecycle of fire door installation projects—from contract negotiation and financial oversight to operational delivery and compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading project planning and execution
- Managing contracts, budgets, and procurement
- Ensuring Health and Safety and regulatory compliance
- Building and mentoring site teams
- Acting as the primary client contact
- Driving continuous improvement and risk mitigation

Who You Are
You’re a proactive, detail-oriented leader with a passion for safety and quality. You thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.

Essential experience:

- Proven track record in project management (ideally in fire protection or construction)
- Strong contract and risk management knowledge
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- Ability to lead teams and resolve challenges efficiently
- Familiarity with passive fireproofing and construction regulations
- Experience with OneTrace or similar software
