Car Service Bookings Advisor £25k basic with £29-30k OTE Norwich Permanent/Full Time Monday to Friday (42 hours a week between 8am 6pm) / 1 in 4 Saturdays (9am 1pm) Our client, based in Norwich, is on the lookout for an experienced Bookings Advisor to join their team. Duties and Responsibilities of a Service Bookings Advisor: Taking incoming and making outgoing calls. Selling additional services during booking calls. Prepping job cards. Job card filing. General admin duties in the department. Your Background and Skill: Experience within a similar bookings advisor role or Service Advisor role. Main dealer motor trade experience a must. You will need to be a good communicator and have excellent attention to detail. Strong IT skills (Microsoft packages etc) Good geographical knowledge would be advantageous.
