We are looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager to join our Planned Maintenance Division, supporting the delivery of SHDF retrofit and energy-efficiency works in the Canterbury and surrounding areas. The role will involve regular travel to sites to support the successful delivery of planned maintenance and decarbonisation projects within residential properties and associated environments. As Site Manager, you will provide day-to-day supervision of planned maintenance and SHDF retrofit works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You will play a key role in coordinating operatives and subcontractors, maintaining strong resident relationships and ensuring compliance with health, safety, PAS 2035 and contractual requirements throughout project delivery.
