As part of a leading FM client, you will be responsible for ensuring the electrical systems in their commercial properties are well-maintained and operational. Carry out electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades as required, adhering to industry regulations and best practices.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and electrical standards.Maintain accurate records of all work completed and provide reports as required.Collaborate with other maintenance team members to deliver a high standard of service. Requirements: 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation/Maintenance. AM2ECS Gold Card/ JIB Approved Proven experience in a similar role, particularly within commercial property maintenance.Full UK driving licence.
