This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified ACA or CTA professional looking to transition into a commercially focused, advisory-led environment.The role offers exposure to a wide range of high-profile transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructurings, working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Responsibilities

Provide tax advice on a variety of corporate transactions, including due diligence and structuringSupport senior team members in delivering high-quality client solutionsCollaborate with colleagues across Corporate Finance, Legal, and other advisory teamsDevelop strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiativesCandidate Profile
