A leading high-precision manufacturing business is seeking a Deburr Operator to join its Glasgow facility. This role involves finishing and preparing precision metal components to ensure they meet strict quality and customer standards before final assembly or dispatch.Duties and Responsibilities Inspect parts for burrs, sharp edges, and surface defectsUse hand files, sanders, grinders, and rotary tools to achieve high-quality finishesFollow engineering drawings and work instructionsCarry out detailed deburring work using microscopes/magnifiers where requiredMaintain a clean, organised, and safe work environmentRequirements:Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterityStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityHealth and safety consciousDeburring or precision manufacturing experience desirable (full training provided)Positive attitude and strong team ethicOffer:37-hour working week (Monday-Friday)33 days holiday including Christmas closurePension, life insurance, private medical healthcare and retail discountsTraining and career development ..... full job details .....
