The role Due to our continued growth we are looking for resourcers/ candidates managers to join the team, this role involves: Working closely with experienced consultants who will share the job details of roles they are recruiting for so you can help source top talent. Speaking to prospective candidates on the phone, this will be the main part of the job. Looking for new candidates, this could be on job boards, from applications or previously placed candidates on our system. Update details on our system, the ability to multitask will definitely be an advantage so you are able to do this whilst on the phone. What do we offer We can offer you a career with training and progression throughout, so although you''ll be starting as a candidate manager, within 2 years you could be a lead consultant managing your own portfolio of clients. Monthly uncapped commission from day 1, as well as quarterly bonuses ON TOP! A realistic first year OTE is between 30k-36k but is very much in your hands.
