As a Senior Bid Manager, you’ll drive strategic and complex submissions, shape winning strategies, and work with a talented, multi-disciplinary team.This is more than bid management – it’s about making an impact, mentoring colleagues, and being part of an exciting journey as we push the boundaries of success. If you thrive on challenges, creativity, and collaboration, we want you on our team!Key Responsibilities:Lead strategic bids and proposals from start to finish, ensuring high-quality, client-focused submissions.Shape win strategies, storyboards, key differentiators, and compelling client value propositions.Challenge and support technical teams to produce clear, persuasive content.Manage bid governance, compliance, quality reviews, and timelines to ensure robust submissions.Drive continuous improvement in bid tools, processes, and sector collateral.Capture lessons learned and ensure best practice is shared across the team.Qualifications:Proven experience managing bids in the built environment or professional services sectors.Excellent editorial and writing skills, able to turn technical input into client-focused content.Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; InDesign is a plus.Familiarity with APMP best practicesCumming Group
